Lead the sales executive and writers to achieve results by making and executing plans to achieve objectives. Manage the sales executive to fill the sales pipeline and close deals within the framework of an established, proven sales process. Lead a team of marketing/RFP writers to produce compelling content and meet deadlines. Earn a base salary of $6,375.00 + $1,125.00 in incentives based up on your qualifications and results, and receive a generous leave, retirement and health insurance package.
