The Contract Admin (Insurance Specialist) position resides within the Insurance Department of the Collateral Management CoE and is responsible for managing a population of Insurances for the result of obtaining a perfected lien interest from the appropriate jurisdiction.
• Responding to customer inquiries (external and internal) about the status of Insurance by e-mail, fax, phone, and direct mail
• Providing timely, professional, and accurate Insurance information to customers and vendors
• Gathering and reviewing Insurance information or searches from a wide variety of internal and external sources
• Preparing Insurance filings and other paperwork and submitting documents to the customer or vendor
• Managing daily work activities with multiple software applications, including company systems as well as MS Office products (primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Updating all work activities in systems of records with clear and concise documentation
• Any other duties that may be assigned and related to collateral management
