Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts. Manages an individual sales territory. Sells hardware, software, and managed print solutions. Reaches out to potential customers through both cold calling & setting appointments. Identifies decision makers within various companies. Maintains relationships with current customers and establishes new relationships. This includes providing information, support, guidance, and making follow-up phone calls. Documents interactions with current and potential customers. Has knowledge of office solutions provided by Terrell’s Office Solutions. Assesses and advises customers on the best machines & supplies to meet their needs? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. Continuously network and participate in community events in a meaningful way.
Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications: Leadership Skills, Professional, Interacts Well with Others (including staff and customers), Self-Driven, Organized, Customer Service, Product Knowledge, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
