Job Description

We are searching for a strong Marketing Communications Manager to support various projects and tasks for the Packaging division. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member who is deadline-driven and extremely detail-oriented to drive projects from start to finish. The Marketing Communications Manager will work cross-functionally throughout the division and the company and will coordinate with team members across the globe.  You must be self-motivated, willing to take ownership of projects, and effectively work from home or the office.   


The Role of Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for: 

  • Helping teams develop the right communications strategy to support growth programs, including defining a message, specifying the intended audience, selecting the right timing and channels, identifying and monitoring metrics, etc. 
  • Promoting and driving visibility of the organization as a preferred collaboration partner in target ecosystems 
  • Generating compelling content (copy, presentations, graphics, videos, web content, etc.) in support of internal and external messaging campaigns 
  • Managing the events calendar and collaboration with corporate marketing on external tradeshows and conferences 
  • Providing support for executive meetings and presentations 
  • Developing, coordinating, and implementing ongoing sales support including; yearly sales training, and customer presentation development 
  • Providing support to Kalispell site activities including; quarterly meeting management, internal and external communication or PR,  and employee events 
  • Being a strong resource for others in the group on business and collaboration software like; Microsoft Teams, SmartSheet, Workboard, Highspot, and Salesforce.com 
     
    Requirements

    Education/Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of work experience in the field of marketing communications, preferably in a high-tech industry 
  • Past history of creating an organizational impact through effective communication initiatives 
  • Highly collaborative and professional; able to work effectively across multiple functions, organizations, and throughout the management structure including C-level executives 
  • Proven ability to handle complexity in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to drive effective communication 
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus 

Education:  Bachelor's Degree
