We are searching for a strong Marketing Communications Manager to support various projects and tasks for the Packaging division. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member who is deadline-driven and extremely detail-oriented to drive projects from start to finish. The Marketing Communications Manager will work cross-functionally throughout the division and the company and will coordinate with team members across the globe. You must be self-motivated, willing to take ownership of projects, and effectively work from home or the office.
The Role of Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for:
- Helping teams develop the right communications strategy to support growth programs, including defining a message, specifying the intended audience, selecting the right timing and channels, identifying and monitoring metrics, etc.
- Promoting and driving visibility of the organization as a preferred collaboration partner in target ecosystems
- Generating compelling content (copy, presentations, graphics, videos, web content, etc.) in support of internal and external messaging campaigns
- Managing the events calendar and collaboration with corporate marketing on external tradeshows and conferences
- Providing support for executive meetings and presentations
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing ongoing sales support including; yearly sales training, and customer presentation development
- Providing support to Kalispell site activities including; quarterly meeting management, internal and external communication or PR, and employee events
- Being a strong resource for others in the group on business and collaboration software like; Microsoft Teams, SmartSheet, Workboard, Highspot, and Salesforce.com

Education/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of work experience in the field of marketing communications, preferably in a high-tech industry
- Past history of creating an organizational impact through effective communication initiatives
- Highly collaborative and professional; able to work effectively across multiple functions, organizations, and throughout the management structure including C-level executives
- Proven ability to handle complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong PowerPoint skills to drive effective communication
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus
