: Missoula, MT strongly preferred

  • Detail Lover. You know one false keystroke can topple page 1 rankings. This is not a “fast and loose” role, and you like it that way.

  • Number Cruncher. By now, you know SEO in 2021 is more science than art? Mental math might not come naturally, but it helps if it does. (Formulas do, too.)

  • Spreadsheet Master. Do spreadsheets make you dizzy? Probably not. Spreadsheets make you hungry to extract the insights that will make your campaigns sing.

  • Innovative Collaborator. Your skills stretch beyond SEO: you're savvy with Google Suite, Data Visualization tools, and you have an A+ in “Data Literacy”. Most importantly, you know when there's an opportunity at your fingertips and are quick to loop-in and collaborate with creatives, data analysts & engineers to make it a reality.

  • Ambitious Executer. You’ve achieved great things in SEO before, might have some certifications or technical experience under your belt, and are ready to take on innovative and cutting edge strategies, to raise the bar.

(Essential Job Duties)

  • Manage Multiple Websites’ SEO. You’ll identify opportunities and execute daily with web development and creative teams across multiple strategies and products including—but not limited to—keyword research, keyword monitoring, link building, and technical SEO.

  • SEO Content Ideation. You’ll work to ensure a pipeline of high purchase intent SEO opportunities flow to the content marketing team where you help guide the strategy.

  • Hit Growth Targets. We’ve got some challenging goals, and you’re pumped to try to exceed them with quick and precise execution. You might even find opportunities for growth and efficiency that we haven’t thought of yet.

  • Analyze and Report. You’ll help maintain dashboards, provide in-depth analysis of the accounts and campaigns.

  • Prioritize. There’s so much you can do, but you’ll focus on what you should do, right away. To-do lists fear you and managers love you because you get it done so well.

  • Promote. Pitch unaffiliated third-party webmasters on why they should link to us. Generate inbound links by overseeing the production of high-quality content and original research and connecting with influencers.
