We are currently hiring a User Experience Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our Experience Design team, for a long-term assignment with a large, west coast-based health care client. This opportunity is based out of our Oakland office or working remotely within the Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone with a shared passion for user experience and visual design. Ideally, you are someone who has experience:
- Working as a member of a cross-functional agile product development pod projects from start to finish
- Interfacing directly with the client product owner and Perficient development team to translate client goals into experiences that developers can implement
- Working with key stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ability to work across Desktop & Mobile digital products
- Generating detailed workflows and wireframes
- Creating an elegant visual design with thoughtful typography, color, and composition
- Creating iconography and illustration to enhance a design
- Prototyping using tools like InVision
- Working closely with other disciplines in the pod to build assets and refine the user experience
Qualifications
- We are looking to hire a versatile designer – someone who is equally comfortable taking on UX tasks as well as providing polished visual design.
- You will understand and have experience with varying UX research methodologies
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG 2.0 or higher
- Experience designing with Atomic Design in support of pattern libraries and design systems
About the Job
As a member of the Experience Design team, you’ll work on a range of deliverables that are key to the design process including:
- Wireframes
- Visual design comps
- Interaction design
- Design systems
- Content (photography, illustration, etc.)
- Clickable prototypes
