Job Description

 Position Summary:

Help Desk initial customer point of contact: answer phone, triage issues and work with the team to properly dispatch the work and bring to resolution.

On the job training provided to become full time IT Support Technician.

Job Status: Full Time

Employee Type: Hourly

Pay: $12-$17hr DOE plus benefits

Travel/License Required: Yes, Minimal local travel

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
