Position General Responsibilities:

Perform mainframe, server-based computer systems and image item processing tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Make sure that all assigned tasks are completed correctly. Primary responsibilities include performing daily processing duties, monitoring on-lines, processing incoming and outgoing ACH, and image item processing.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

High School or equivalent and some computer technical training or equivalent technical skills or work experience required.

Problem solving skills required.

Good written and verbal communication skills required.

Preferred:

Experience in computer operations is helpful.

Working knowledge of mainframe computers, or bank operations is helpful.

Daily Operations Functions (Day, Swing and Night Shifts)

Operate mainframe and server-based computer systems in a timely and efficient manner

Run daily job workflows, print and distribute statements, notices and reports

Process incoming and outgoing ACH

Process incoming ATM files

Image item processing batches

Support end of month and end of quarter processing

Preventative maintenance/cleaning of equipment

Provide backup coverage of shifts as requested

Hardware/Software Systems Usage

Mainframe computer (IBM/AS400)

Banking software (Fiserv Premier) and other application servers

Document Management (Fiserv Premier Director) server system

Workflow and Microsoft Office

PC/Workstations

Laser printers

Backup Responsibilities

Support manager for daily problems and issues.

Backup other shifts as needed.

Miscellaneous Activity

Support manager with statistics, testing and special projects.

Maintain equipment including printers.

Work any hours necessary during special processing, system problems or conversions

Special Projects

Perform special projects as assigned.

Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.

Federal Regulations

Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E and Bank Security.
