Position Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator works in partnership with the head of recruiting and internal teams to ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly interview and hiring process. They are responsible for the relationship management of candidates during the recruiting process: maintaining communication, applicant tracking system data entry, scheduling interviews, booking candidate travel, coordinating offer approvals and assisting with offer letters. The recruiting coordinator holds a large piece of the entire candidate experience when onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate online and face-to-face interviews as part of the recruiting process. This will include travel and logistics management, along with building relationships with interviewers as part of the coordination effort.
  • Maintain Taleo application tracking system to ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist recruiters with all requisitions including posting, status disposition, and offer entry.
  • Work with recruiters to ensure all offers and interviews meet compliance standards per the Department of Labor; as well, ensuring offer packages are accurate and complete.
  • High level of professionalism with communication; holding, a high standard with the candidate experience throughout onboarding

 

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR/Recruiting Administration
  • High level of attention to detail with ability to judge multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate across varying levels of leadership and departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong skills within Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work as a team and independently in a fast paced environment
  • Exemplifies a high degree of personal integrity and interpersonal skills and abilities

 

 Relevant Technologies:

  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

 

Education:

  •  4-year degree in human resources, business, education, communications or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent working experience.

Location and Travel:

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (subject to change at any time based off project demands)
  • Desired location is Missoula, MT
