A Print Design Specialist produces visual solutions to enhance the communication needs of customers, through a mix of creative skills and technology.

Who you are:

As a Print Design Specialist at PFL, you will help our customers stand out and drive results. 


Some of the things you will be doing for us:

  • Interpret customers' business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose
  • Estimating time required to complete work and provide quotes for Customer Advocate Teams
  • Work with a wide range of media - Quark, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, or Photoshop - to produce pieces of varying complexity from business cards to multi-page catalogs 
  • Proofread to ensure accurate high-quality work
  • Present and finalize ideas and concepts to customers and internal sales teams
  • Timely and responsive customer communications
  • Seek out and take advantage of opportunities to create remarkable customer interactions
  • Identify and report opportunities for process improvements
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, particularly design programs
  • Consult with customers to revise their existing designs
  • Work proactively to identify and improve upon personal weaknesses
  • Assist customers with typesetting, page layout, and other prepress related activities

Compensation based on experience. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, vacation, etc.
