We are in search of an innovative SEO specialist who wants to apply their expertise to the tours and actvities industry! This person should possess an in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and the behaviors of search engines. SEO is an ever-changing landscape, so this person needs to be continuously learning and evolving.

You will be working directly with the agency and product development teams and communicate with clients as needed. We take pride in being an industry leader for digital marketing products and services and our diverse, global client portfolio of tour operators provides a unique set of challenges and opportunities.


  • Cannot work remote. Candidate must be located in Missoula, MT
  • Minimum of 2 years of applicable work 
  • Prior experience in content marketing, technical SEO and keyword research
  • WordPress and other CMS experience 
  • Highly organized with grave attention to detail and the ability to find the right answers quickly
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Familiarization Google analytics
  • Experience with website optimization tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills


  • Ability to execute website and technical SEO audits
  • Preparing detailed strategy reports
  • Website conversion rate optimization experience 
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
  • Developing link building strategies
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Creating and presenting thought leadership content involving SEO
