The Technology Sales Executive will serve customers by selling office machines & supplies; meeting customer needs.
Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts. Manages an individual sales territory. Sells hardware, software, and managed print solutions. Reaches out to potential customers through both cold calling & setting appointments. Identifies decision makers within various companies. Maintains relationships with current customers, and establishes new relationships. This includes providing information, support, guidance, and making follow-up phone calls. Documents interactions with current and potential customers. Has knowledge of office solutions provided by Terrell’s. Assesses and advises customers on the best machines & supplies to meet their needs. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. Continuously network and participate in community events in a meaningful way.
