Position Overview:

As part of the Salesforce Practice Lead and Strategy and Corporate Development (SCD) teams, the Salesforce Strategy Operations Specialist will provide organizational support for key Salesforce Practice and SCD functions and initiatives. This role drives alignment through proactive management, socialization, and stewardship of assets and opportunities across ATG, Cognizant, and our Salesforce Partner Ecosystem. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Salesforce Practice Leads, Alliances, and IP & Offerings
  • Administrative and operational support for Salesforce Practice initiatives and Partner Program excellence
  • Content review, creation, and evangelization
  • Research and analysis

Key Experience:

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to professionally communicate, both written and verbally
  • Demonstrable skills in writing, documentation, and presentation
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team 
  • 1-2 years of experience in business administrative or operation role

 

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe, and other business software 
  • Experience in research, copy editing, and writing 
  • Previous experience using SFDC is preferred but not required 

Education:

  • 4-year degree in progress or completed in a technical or business field of study preferred
  • Understanding of the Quote to Cash process (CPQ, Order Management, Billing, and CRM) a plus

Location and Travel:

  • ATG’s Missoula Solutions Center
