Summary

This position will be the main point of contact with vendors and internal employees for creating and updating digital content for our Corporate and Division internal (intranet) and external websites. Role will also serve at the corporate liaison for division social media pages and brands. Will be responsible for all business communication, compliance, analysis, and support duties in coordination with the Customer Experience team. Will serve as main point of contact in guiding our divisions in using our Digital Marketing Strategy and platforms. Works closely with corporate, bank divisions, and product managers ensuring that our brands have consistent messaging and branding across all digital and printed collateral, social media, traditional media, and our websites.

The entry rate for this position is $22.30 per hour and will vary based on where the employee is located for work.  All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Intranet System Administration - Responsible for all system releases and upgrades including coordinating upgrades with IT and the Vendor. Optimize the Intranet platform for increased employee usability, functionality, and risk management. Coordinate with appropriate corporate and division teams to perform analysis, research, design and testing of Intranet content and site governance. Develop department and team site pages according to Intranet best practices and standards. Administration for the overall product lifecycle. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Liaison with Intranet Vendor, Work with IT and Vendor for server related items and troubleshooting, End User Training, Daily Issue Troubleshooting, Post material for company and corporate departments on an as needed basis, Document Library Management Best Practices, Maintain Intranet users, contract, procedures, etc., Writing corporate procedures/job aids as they relate to Intranet administration.

• Bank Division Website Administration - Coordinate website administration for all banking divisions/brands and holding company sites so that the content is compliant, well organized, up to date and serves as an effective communication tool internally and externally. Will act as the corporate liaison with Website Vendors. Must stay up to date on all Bank Website Marketing Strategies and assist Divisions in maintaining Compliance and ADA requirements. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage users and bank access to the Content Management System (CMS) product, End User Training on CMS, Manage ADA Compliance and best practices for division websites, Websites performance Monitoring through CMS dashboard, Site Troubleshooting and Maintenance (DNS,HTML), Website template updates or company (all brands) wide content updates, Acquisition related website or content administration. Which could include creating new site for acquired bank as well as leading the project for website and content migration during conversion, Writing corporate procedures/job aids as they relate to website administration.

• Social Media Administration - Coordinate social media administration for all participating divisions to ensure content is compliant, well organized, up to date, and serves as an effective customer communication tool. Corporate Liaison with Social Media Marketing Platform and manages Vendor relationship. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Daily Notifications of Activity through the Marketing Platform, Manage users in our Marketing Platform and Social Media Channels. This includes maintaining or updating contact list quarterly for compliance and security, Set up trainings and develop best practices for social media procedures with Division marketing contacts , Mange Risk Assessment, Policy and Procedures in relation to Social Media use, Writing corporate procedures/job aids as they relate to Social Media administration.

• Bank Acquisition Integration – Play a lead role in the integration of new banks into Glacier Bank. As assigned, lead various system implementation projects for newly acquired banks. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Set up new division in our Social Media Management Platform and assist in migrating all branding and content to the Glacier Family of Banks, Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams in creation of customer communications – Closing letter, Notice of Change, Duplicate account numbers, etc., Set up internal call center or call routing with division staff and IT Telephony to help assist answering phones and work CRM events during the acquisition period. This includes training new division on managing their CRM queue and events (customer call backs) and call volume reporting to the project leads, Acquisition related website or content administration. Which could include creating new site for acquired bank as well as leading the project for website and content migration during conversion

• Customer Communication Platform Administration – Coordinates and supports division on the Digital Messaging platform(s). Responsibilities include but not limited to: Digital messaging platform governance and administration, Develop best practices and governance concerning the CAN/SPAM Act in relation to customer and digital marketing messages. Digital Message workflow, template, branding support and guidance as well as media asset management, End User Support and Training, Writing corporate procedures/job aids as they relate to Customer Communication Platform administration.
