Job Description

The Paid Search Analyst is directly responsible for all facets of campaign execution within Google Ads and from time to time Bing Ads. This role will receive campaign information from Account Management and will work to build out, manage, and communicate innovative performance-driving search campaigns that include excellent copywriting, intuitive strategies, and accurate budget management. Additionally, this role will provide expert recommendations with respect to overall media strategy, budget allocation, keywords, ad groups, and landing pages with respect to driving ultimate ROI through an omnichannel media execution.  


  • Aggregated campaign KPI compliance > 90%

Missoula, MT; Bozeman, MT; or Remote US


  • Campaign setup including copywriting, keyword development, ad group strategy, copywriting, bidding and budgets 
  • Campaign management and optimization
  • Perform audits of incoming search campaigns from competitors or customers 
  • Assistance in proposal development including recommendations 
  • Collaborating on campaign KPIs with Account Management then continuing to exceed agreed upon KPI
  • Pacing campaigns based on industry best practices
  • Provide through leadership and industry best practices to Lumenad’s Media Services team
  • Work in synchronicity with Lumenad’s internal processes and work to suggest new or refined processes
  • Utilize Lumenad’s proprietary media management software
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the development of Lumenad’s media management software from time to time
  • Manage additional Google products such as Google Shopping and YouTube from time to time as required
  • Stay on the cutting edge of all Google Ads related products. Specifically related to search and shopping. Provide through leadership to management to continuously evolve offerings
  • Participate in client calls and meetings from time to time as required
  • Build out and implement scripts as needed 
  • And other duties as needed to evolve this position

Skills and Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Google Ads
  • 2-3+ years experience using Google Adwords
  • Wide range of vertical expertise
  • Preferred experience working for Google focused organization or Advertising Agency
  • Experience implementing Google Ads automation scripts
  • BA/BS with industry emphasis 
  • Demonstrate experience managing projects with varying deadlines and KPIs
  • Able to provide examples of past work including campaign builds and performance results 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using Google Shopping
  • Experience running YouTube campaigns both Trueview and Preferred
  • Experience with Bing ads
  • Familiarity with JavaScript
  • Experience working with various attribution tools including but not limited to standard pixels, location, and multi-touch attribution tools
