This position is located at our Great West Center in Billings, MT.
Primarily responsible for the configuration, availability, and operations of current Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution. This includes day-to-day maintenance, configuration, monitoring, and reporting of the application. Work with partners to identify requirements and implement access management solutions across the IT Organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned.
Research, test, and assist in deployment of upgrades and releases while adhering to documented change management process and procedures.
Maintain, configure, troubleshoot PAM platform and policies; Perform health check monitoring on all PAM servers to ensure availability of system to end-users
Develop and customize connectors/plugins to various target applications
Perform analytics and reporting from PAM application
Provide tier-three assistance for issues escalated from First Support; Work with Infrastructure and Network Engineers in software problem resolution
General technical knowledge of different technology domains, such as Windows Server, Unix/Linux, MSSQL, Oracle, Networking fundamentals and protocols; Utilize PowerShell and scripting tools to automate processes
Provide subject matter expertise to assist in the development and delivery of training for end users.
Create and maintain system documentation including desktop procedures, end user procedures, system diagrams, disaster recovery plans, user access audits and test plans.
Assist in creating and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for assigned applications.
Understand business requirements of assigned applications. Convert business requirements into system requirements and communicate the need to the vendor.
Gather, interpret and report system performance issues to vendor, business unit(s) and management.
Analyze, evaluate, and recommend system changes, configuration and enhancements based on business requirements of assigned applications.
Lead meetings and deliver presentations to small and large groups.
Lead project work efforts and/or independently support project work; Share technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
Serve as primary and/or backup system administrator for other applications as assigned.
May be required to work after hours and weekends to accomplish work tasks

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and five plus (5+) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Industry certifications may be considered in place of a College degree. Certifications could be: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), MCSE, CCNA and other industry PAM solutions such as CyberArk
Technical familiarity with core infrastructure architectures and tools, including Active Directory, Windows Server/OS, UNIX/LINUX, PowerShell and scripting tools, Middleware, Database, Networking Technologies and Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS,WINS, HTTP) and Application topologies
Experience with PAM administration, configuration, implementations and troubleshooting preferred
Previous experience deploying and maintaining Privilege Access Management platforms like Thycotic, BeyondTrust or CyberArk is preferred.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
