About The Role

Under the supervision of the Corporate Training Manager, works with Core Corporate Departments and Division Management to provide change support through training for project rollouts. Coordinate, update, and communicate global training initiatives. Assist ongoing training efforts across the organization as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Corporate Compliance Department in scheduling, coordinating, and hosting webinars, in-person compliance related training events, and creation, assignment, and communication of annual training baselines.

Works with the appropriate Corporate Departments to coordinate training for large regulation roll-outs and other projects.

Works with the Core Corporate Departments (Operations, Finance, Accounting, Risk, IT, HR, Compliance, Audit, and others as needed) to coordinate consistent training for bank acquisition integration projects.

Work with the Corporate Training Manager to identify new opportunities for centralized bank training programs. Keeps standardized global centralized training programs up to date and communicates changes. Leads committees in developing centralized identified standard global training program content (Example: Standard Teller Training Program, and other programs as identified).

Coordinates the assignment and delivery of soft skill related webinars and training opportunities (Examples include: Supervisor, Manager, Leadership, Communication, Business Writing).

Corporate Employee Assistance: notify management of those that have not completed training, and perform annual user audit. Collect attendance information and enter career development tracking information for corporate employees and cross-organization group training programs into human resource information system (HRIS).

Work with the Corporate Training Manager to create original training content and programs as needed. Presents training when necessary and other duties as assigned.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.

Additional Requirements
 
Travel
 

Up to 50% travel required: (e.g. 2 weeks or 10 days per month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the duties of this job, and the employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing.
