Deliverables

  • All bullets listed above plus proven knowledge on all things BDR

Activities

Stage 1

  • Complete New Hire Onboarding Plan
  • Identify needs of the customer and qualify their interest
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement appropriate strategies
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails and social media
  • Aggressively attack daily activities and follow the sequence processes to drive success
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop prospects to create SQL
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest to stimulate opportunity
  • Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meeting for AE to further assess a prospect’s business and

potential for partnership with PFL

  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Account Executives
  • Add multiple contacts for each account so that the SQLs created consist of multiple engaged stakeholders to further penetrate the company or buying center
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate AE, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity
  • Pre-call planning, superior handoff to AE and educating AE as necessary about the opportunity
  • Add multiple contacts for each account so that the SQLs created consist of multiple engaged stakeholders to further penetrate the company or buying center
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization

Stage 2-Senior BDR

  • Continue all of stage 1
  • Share and test new ideas based on knowledge and experience
  • Understand and execute on all processes associated with the role for proper reporting purposes
  • Assist in basic onboarding and shadowing of new hires, with potential of assisting Marketing at tradeshows

 

  • Begin to develop more sales skills - goes farther in the Insights Deck during the Hybrid calls (scripting and guidance from AE Management}
  • Adds value to team huddles and meetings. Remains adaptable and optimistic while controlling water-cooler talk. Leads by example
  • Embraces continuous improvement, in all aspects of the business

Stage 3- Senior BDR – Team Lead

  • Continue all of stage 2
  • Take on additional responsibility to help train new hires
  • Be a resource when managers are unavailable
  • Help conduct ride-along's and interviews with BDR candidates
  • Works with leadership on personal/managerial development and coaching
