Right now, we offer you a unique opportunity to join a team of top developers to build PFL’s next generation software stack. You can be part of a greenfield development project utilizing micro services architectures, containers, event streams, domain driven design to build a highly scalable, easy to use and customize, tactile marketing automation platform.


About You:

You are interested in all aspects of software development. You enjoy supporting your team by contributing to the actual product as much as by providing tools improving productivity and quality.

You are naturally technical, get excited about new technologies. You like to learn and share. You are detail oriented and willing to go the extra mile when the team needs you.


What you will do for us:

  • Work within a team designing, developing and testing customer facing software services
  • Contribute to production software, QA tools and CI/CD and DevOps tools
  • Lead from the front and by example. Strive to be the best in your field.
  • Participate in our agile development process and continuous improvement process


Your Skills:

  • Solid understanding of one or more object-oriented programming languages like C# or Java
  • A working base of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or non-SQL databases
  • The ability and desire to learn new technologies
  • Perfect team player, committed to succeeding with the team
  • Ideally experience with a subset of: Kafka, K8s, Azure Cloud, MongoDB, TeamCity, MS SQL, .Net


The rest of the stuff: Compensation based on experience, range is approximately $120,000 - $145,000. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, vacation, paid parental leave and more.
