Granite Technology Solutions is a Montana based company with locations in Bozeman, Missoula, and Kalispell. Founded in 2000, we employ thirty plus individuals, and have an established customer base of approximately 1200 businesses. We are a full-service technology company focusing on information technology systems and networks, low-voltage structured cabling and fiber optics, phone systems, surveillance camera systems, and door access systems.

Purpose:

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) works closely with Sales, Operations, and Client Contacts to provide planning, budgeting, and strategic direction to our clients relating to their technology solutions. This position focuses heavily on building relationships with clients, improving operational efficiencies, maintaining client satisfaction, and discovering new client needs.

Essential Duties:

· Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring technology and business needs are met.
· Manage new client relationship including onboarding projects, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams.
· Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with clients.
· Develop, propose, plan, and implement Technology Roadmaps with clients.
· Manage technology projects based on client needs and items developed in QBR’s or the Technology Road Map.

Other Duties:

· Work with Operations Management to discover, implement, and maintain relationships with key vendors.

· May perform application training.

· Document services, plans, procedures, client contacts or other pertinent items.

· Assists in projects and other Technology related tasks as requested by management.

· Must be able to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.

· Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with clients one-on-one.

· Must have knowledge and skills in both technology and business.

· Must be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic.

· Must be dependable, reliable and exhibit a calm, professional demeanor.

· Must have strong organizational skills along with the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail.

· Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines.

Experience/Education:

· Associate’s degree in related technical field or prior equivalent experience approved by management required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Minimum three years directly related IT experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:
