If you want to be part of a dynamic, experienced team of sales professionals in a fast paced, dynamic work environment we’re looking for you!  Zoot Enterprises is looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst/Manager. This position is part internal operations and part client/prospect facing in support of the Sales & Marketing Groups' efforts to acquire, manage, and grow our client portfolio.   The position is instrumental in all facets of the day to day operations and strategic execution of plans and tactics to achieve Zoot’s Strategic Goals.
This position will be located in either our Bozeman or Billings, Montana, office.  No remote work.
Essential Job Functions
  • Define and support execution and training of sales process in support of new logo and strategic account opportunities, manage required artifact templates, electronic file-keeping, pricing review meetings and support of revenue growth toward stated objectives.  
  • Support ICP/SAP development through account research, lead qualification, opportunity qualification and overall support to NAM and SAM and other business development functions at Zoot.
  • Develop and execute reports (metrics, pipeline) and associated analysis, in conjunction with Marketing Operations Manager, to support key findings and recommendations provided to VP Sales, VP Marketing and EVP Sales and Marketing.
  • Implement and oversee third party applications (, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.) and their use within Zoot, including vendor management, contracts and budgets, data hygiene, training, and administration of the applications.  Coordinate activities related to marketing third party applications  (Terminus, Pardot, and Sendoso) with Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Assist Travel Coordinator with booking of travel for Sales & Marketing personnel.
  • Participate in overall conference and event planning with appropriate stakeholders for both internal and external events.  
  • Provide editorial support of sales and marketing collaterals, both internal and external, as well as support collateral development.
  • Coordinate and drive completion of RFI/RFP activities.
  • Define, establish and maintain a knowledgebase of current proposal information, graphics, proposed solutions, sales messaging and identify opportunities for content creation.
  • Review all proposals for accuracy and inclusion of appropriate documentation prior to submission.
  • Proposal production; materials coordination, copying, scanning, binding and shipping arrangements if needed.
  • Assist with the development of presentations for potential clients.
  • Compliance with and knowledge of Zoot’s Policies and Procedures, Code of Business Conduct, and Employee Agreement.
  • Achieve a service-focused culture with emphasis on delivering high-quality products and services to internal and external clients.

Education, Training, and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required. 
  • 2+ years in a Sales Analyst capacity preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking, fincancial, and technological industries preferred.
  • Previous experience with MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and SalesForce required.
  • Previous experience with vendor contracting process required.

Physical Requirements
