Support accounting operations by processing information, reconciling, and filing documents.


  • Enter and review invoices consistently and accurately within designated deadlines and established procedures.
  • Assemble, verify, and make necessary corrections in the preparation of the monthly billing packages.
  • Work closely with project teams, including being on job sites as necessary, to ensure accurate and timely job costs.
  • Provide full life cycle of accounting duties related to construction projects.
  • Assist with special projects, clerical duties, and general office tasks.
  • Work closely with internal and external contacts in a courteous and professional manner which facilitates a cooperative and efficient working environment.


  • Handle all interactions with coworkers, subcontractors, clients, the public, etc. in a manner designed to build and maintain long term relationships.
  • Go the extra mile to ensure successful completion by double checking all critical work deliverables to minimize mistakes.
  • Complete all tasks with a pride of ownership.
  • Never stop improving by initiating personal development strategies and suggestions for company-wide process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.


  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred, with specific preference for a degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledge of cost accounting and/or construction job cost accounting preferred
