Job Description

Position Overview:

The Partner Alliance Manager is a full-time position that will manage ATG's tactical partners and support strategic partner initiatives. As a member of the Partner Alliances team, you will be a significant part of our growth and responsible for providing first class tactical and operational support to our team within the strategy and corporate development organization. You will collaborate with strategic and specialty partners on go-to-market strategy, campaigns, and sales enablement. In this role, you will help drive partner business cases, identify alliances opportunities through market analyses, analyze revenue trends & conduct other special projects to increase efficiency and drive both strategic and emerging partnerships. In addition, you will recognize and potentially drive operational improvements in reporting, process, workflow, communication, and strategic forward planning. You are a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical and detail-attentive, comfortable working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ecosystem and industry research and analysis to provide business recommendations
  • Analyze and report on partner revenue
  • Document partner organizational structures
  • Create and update existing partner documentation
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Corporate Development team and suggest process improvements
  • Manage multiple ISV partners through the following:
  • Own initiatives and network with solution engineers/consultants and others involved in the process.
  • Proactively consult with partners and internal stakeholders via all communication pathways: calls, meetings, etc.
  • Develop strategies to engage and educate our wider partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintain our CRM for partners
  • Excellent time management skills required
  • Collaborate with partners to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements
  • Promote and champion partners within ATG and Cognizant across the sales, marketing, and delivery organizations
  • Host partner visits to Missoula/other cities
  • GTM strategy and execution (marketing experience preferred)
  • Pipeline matchup and tracking with vendors

 

Experience:

  • 1-5 years relevant experience in IT or SaaS partnering

 

Education:

  • 4-year degree in a technical or business field or study preferred or equivalent working experience

  • A strong curiosity for innovative Q2C products and their potential for transforming businesses and industries
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Ecosystem including, but not limited to:
    • DocuSign
    • Conga
    • Xactly
    • Gotransverse
    • Emerging Partners and Technology
  • Planning, strategy, and presentation experience
  • Experience articulating feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in ambiguity
  • Ability to collaborate in multi-faceted go-to-market movements
  • Experience using data to inform decision-making
  • Experience in context shifting
  • Identifying opportunities to develop deeper relationships with partners
  • Discover and engage new partners and consistently upgrade your partnerships
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and pull in the appropriate contributors and audience
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and grow into more responsibility  

 

Location and Travel:

Based in Missoula, MT or Remote locations, with some business travel required (~15-20%).
