Web Applications Development Engineering I - work focuses on designing the look/feel/user experience in addition to programming the functionality of interactive web applications. Specifically, designing, analyzing, and developing web-based applications. This includes participating in defining and maintaining of the organization integration and information architecture. All development will follow the current Software Development Lifecycle (SDL).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned.
Create the overall visual, audio, and interactive design of the web application.
Responsible for the development, documentation, debugging, and support of the user interface to optimize user experience, specifically Salesforce and other user facing applications.
Create and manipulate individual design elements (e.g., audio, video, still images, animation, text, etc.) using graphic/multi-media design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.).
Designing rich media websites and pages including graphic design/layout, user interface features, site animation, special effects elements, video/audio, etc. based on business and customer requirements. A UI developer requires specialized training in all areas to deliver quality products and services.
Creation of websites or web applications providing customer self-service support or account management.
Creating web applications used primarily to deliver/organize virtual content or information to be used/viewed by customers.
Lead meetings and deliver presentations to small and large groups of various levels of management across the organization.
Ensure proper segregation of duties and source control management through tools such as GitHub to manage Git repositories and / or Mercurial
Ensure all software/integrations developed for migration of production data is developed, controlled, and tested to the same quality level as production software.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or related field is essential. Individual who enjoys being abstract concepts to live and working with clients to improve their business marketing platforms tend to perform will in this position.
Three to five year of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI development. o Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS, and other comparable languages.
Professional written and interpersonal skills
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.
Experience creating code to client's personalized needs and requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces. - Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
