Job Description

Role Description: Foundant’s Marketing Analyst is responsible for delivering deep intelligence and behavioral metrics throughout the lifecycle of a prospective client. Creating insight into current and future business performance will paint the picture of how we can maximize our marketing efforts. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain reports, conduct data analysis, and present opportunities to improve digital, search, email, and engagement channels across campaigns. 

Specific Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports. 
  • Analyze research/analysis data and translate results into clear and useful business insights for demand generation as well as the broader marketing team; informing overall marketing strategy and budgeting, creative execution, and media mix. 
  • Analyzes A/B and multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations. 
  • Create, manage, and optimize forecasting models for demand generation activities. 
  • Develop and manage attribution model for marketing and sales activity. 
  • Creates visual reports to provide market and consumer insights to the marketing team. 
  • Advises other marketing functions (website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in analyzing marketing data support decision making. 
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen.
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness. 
  • Experience with Marketo and SFDC is a plus. 
  • Ideally have experience with the following analytical tools: modeling and reporting in Excel/Access, R/Python languages, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL. 
  • Interacts in a professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner with management, clients, and prospects in any setting. 
  • Experience building predictive models preferred.
