onX is seeking a Community & Partnerships Marketing Manager with a passion for getting offroad!  As an onX Community Marketing Manager- Offroad, you will help to build and amplify onX’s reputation in the off-road industry as a first-class company, product, and business partner. You’ll work closely with the Offroad team to support marketing campaigns across various channels. Your focus will be on influencer/ partnership communication and engagement and you’ll act as the main point of contact for influencers, ambassadors, and key partners that work with onX Offroad.

Missoula, MT or Bozeman, MT preferred. Remote from onX's talent center (WA, OR, UT, CO, and TX) will be considered for highly qualified candidates.


(Essential Job Duties)

  • Seek out ambassadors that can build the onX offroad brand, driving memberships and awareness. 

  • Have the ability to negotiate to achieve our CPA goals, while also maintaining a positive relationship with ambassadors and partners.  

  • Leverage data and analytics to maintain a solid grasp on the CPA for each ambassador and partner to inform the relationships we will maintain or alter. 

  • Boost brand awareness and promote onX Offroad through ambassador and partnership channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, forums, email, etc.).

  • Partner with the vertical marketing team to leverage ambassador content across all onX Offroad channels. 

  • Act as point of contact for influencers and ambassadors and process content creator deliverables (images and video), briefing ambassadors on type of content along with being the creative overseer, providing feedback and edits to achieve best in class deliverables. 

  • Support appearances at trade shows and events to extend brand awareness and build relationships within the community.

  • Other ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Supervisor.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University and five (5) or more years of professional experience; or in place of a degree, an additional relevant experience.
  • Experience in and/or knowledge of the off-road industry. 
  • Must have an understanding of best practices across all marketing platforms (digital, social, and event marketing).
  • Proven experience identifying and establishing brand elevating partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience showing ROI with influencer programs, partnerships, & social content.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to find solutions for unstructured problems.


  • Professional experience at a high-growth consumer or SMB software, mobile application, or consumer internet company or consultancy.
  • Multi-platform analytics familiarity (ie: Amplitude, Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.).
