Architectural design at Cushing Terrell: 

Cushing Terrell is seeking a creative, collaborative, and accomplished Design Professional with 2-5 years of experience and an NAAB accredited degree.  You will join a diverse team in a warm, welcoming, creativity-driven environment that values sustainability and environmentally responsible practices in our design thinking. 

As a Design Professional at Cushing Terrell, you will have a unique opportunity to work on projects throughout the United States. You should be enthusiastic and excited by complex projects, sharpening your design skills, and a fast-paced work environment. You will be the creative engine of our teams and our projects, developing a quality and unified design. You will be called upon to support architectural design work in partnership with talented designers, engineers, and business professionals across our 14 offices. Our creative process engages our high-profile clients and our project teams in achieving highly integrated and successful design solutions. 

What we expect you can bring to the table: 

• Comfortable collaborating in all aspects of architectural design
• Provide an out-of-this-world experience for our clients that cannot be replicated anywhere else
• Knowledge of construction documents, specifications, shop-drawings and submittal review
• Relevant construction observation and construction administration experience 
• Excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency including experience in working in the following platforms: SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong Revit Skills are a must
