Our Team

 

The Technology, Strategy and Marketing (TSM) group is responsible for technology roadmaps, overall Semiconductor Products Group strategy, and pathfinding and accelerator programs.

 

The Opportunity

 

The TSM group is seeking a business planning leader to help drive the objectives & key results (OKR) methodology for quarterly execution of strategic plans across all SPG business units and functions. This leader will be a key partner to US and Asia senior leaders to drive adoption of OKRs to inspire purpose and drive accountability across their teams. 

 

What You’ll Do

 

Drive cadence with senior leaders assigned as OKR change champions and inform customized change management plans Work with in-house IT and Legal experts to continuously drive business process automation and create a seamless experience for our teams Work with software vendor, IT and Data Science to prioritize software enhancements and execute against a joint product roadmap Build an operational cadence for communication updates to team leaders and change champions Drive content creation and updates to self-paced learning course(s) and knowledge base together with learning & development and IT professionals

 

To qualify for the role, you possess these minimum qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success managing large, global, and complex change
  • Prior people management experience
  • Ability to come up to speed with software tools fast (e.g., Service Now, Jira, WorkBoard)
  • Curiosity around the intersection of strategy and organizational design
  • Passion for building up the people organization as a competitive advantage
  • Cross-cultural competency a must

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with cloud software and data privacy in a global organization
  • Certified change management professional a strong plus
  • OKR coach certification a strong plus
  • Prior experience in a start-up and / or with agile in a software context

 

Education:

MBA or Master’s Degree in technical field with 8+ years of experience

Bachelor's Degree in technical field with 10+ years of experience
