About The Role

This position works closely assisting the marketing director and the digital marketing specialist on a variety tasks and projects as they relate to the overall marketing and branding of First Security Bank in Missoula, Ravalli, and Sanders counties. This individual must be detail oriented and have a solid baseline understanding of general marketing principles and brand awareness. A strong comfort with general computer skills (mac and PC), electronic file management and a customer service-oriented demeanor will be extremely important in this role. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Marketing Coordination: Assist with coordination of marketing projects that involve graphic designers, photographers, copywriters, and production managers for marketing assets from development through full production.  Move project through all channels of approval and coordinate with vendors to move files to various media reps for ad placement.   Marketing Campaigns: Schedule photo shoots, location scouting, model procurement, etc.  Works production days for variety of tasks needed.

 

In-Branch marketing: Make frequent branch visits to ensure that all branches are using up to-date collateral items and fill any inventory needs. Update collateral material on a regular basis or as requested by compliance. Work closely with all branch managers to ensure each branch is representing the FSB brand standards and are consistent in look and feel through promotional and collateral displays, branch signage, etc.

 

Administrative Support: Provides direction and assistance to the public, customers, vendors, and employees.  Printing and organizing contracts from vendors and sponsorships. Order and organize office supplies. Enter all invoice amounts into a budget spreadsheet; provide monthly expense breakdown. Maintain files for activities with major vendors, including copies of contracts or delivery notices and invoices as needed. Complete vendor due diligence processes; maintain file of related documentation.  Ensure all files (paper or digital) are saved to the appropriate folder in the department shared folder.

 

Promotional items: Prepare promotional item order proposals as inventory and stock levels are needed. Work with vendors to track trends and find new and unique promotional items on a regular basis. Respond to requests for promotional items from bank personnel.  Employee logo wear: Manages the employee logo wear program.  Selects available options based on employee feedback and works with a variety of vendors to ensure inventory is on hand. Manage all employee orders.

 

Events: Work closely with the Marketing Director, Public Relations Officer, President and other bank officers/management when necessary to coordinate, oversee and manage all bank sponsored events.

 

Position performs other duties as needed/assigned.

 

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Adhere to all security procedures and regulatory guidelines for the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control and USA Patriot Act/Customer Identification Act (CIP). Maintain strict confidentiality of customer’s personal and financial information.

 

Develop and improve skills through training programs and regular feedback discussions with supervisors, which help further professional development. Participate in all training sessions and complete all assigned BVS compliance courses on a timely basis.

 


About You

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Three years to five years of similar or related experience.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Must possess valid driver’s license.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

 

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled work area with moderate noise. Must also be able to work outdoors and travel to business meetings and/or events sponsored by bank.
