Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on IT experience with a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems.
Example of Duties:

· Uses deductive problem-solving skills to investigate and solve a broad range of support issues from end user's application problems to server related issues.

· Troubleshoots networks, systems, software, hardware and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.

· Respond to customer inquiries with high degree of professionalism.

· Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Granite operates in a fast-paced environment and likewise, candidates must have strong organization, communication, great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability. Working remotely may be a feasible option based on skills, experience and availability. Occasional travel to Bozeman, MT office for training will be required.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
