Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Basic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are Colorado-specific.

Colorado Pay Range: from $24.04 to $45.19 per hour from $50,000 to $94,000 per annum eliglble for equity.

Oracle NetSuite’s Growth Operations Team is looking for a compassionately curious Campaign Operations Specialist to provide operational support for our sales organization by setting up, activating, and optimizing email and social campaigns. This role reports to the Manager of Campaign Operations and works with operations, sales, and field marketers across the globe. Successful candidates will have an affection for new cloud software; be eager to learn marketing and sales technology and combine them with innovative techniques that enable effective campaign launches with efficiency.

  • Build and test HTML and text email templates in Eloqua Engage for reps
  • Connect paid social lead generation forms with Eloqua, optimizing for effective lead and rep follow-up
  • Set up field marketing campaign tracking and be detail orientated with a desire to “get it right” the first time
  • Analyze deliverability metrics, report on engagement KPIs, and reflect on segmentation targets to optimize campaign performance for pipeline and revenue

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of work experience - marketing or technology preferred
  • Knowledge and experience working with marketing automation and email marketing best practices (Eloqua preferred)
  • Experience using a campaign management tool or CRM
  • HTML and responsive coding experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel 10%-20%
