General Work Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Travel / Driver License Required: Yes, typically within 160 mile radius of office.
Position Roles and Responsibilities:
New client onboarding including network discovery and creating technical documentation
Proactively assessing and benchmarking client IT against standards and best practices
Helping clients identify technical and behavioral risks within their IT environment
Working with all of First Call’s teams to deliver comprehensive client IT services
Well-rounded technical background
Strong business intuition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work professionally at all levels: users, managers and executives.
One to three years of full time hands on experience managing/supporting business class network technologies.
1 or more technical certifications (MCP, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCA) or equivalent 2-year or 4-year college degree.

Remote Monitoring & Management Software: example Kaseya
Connectwise or other similar service management tools.
