Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Create a delightful environment that feels like home. Maintain team-favorite food/beverage options, team gear, office supplies, and everything else that helps support team effectiveness and happiness
  • Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site events, company retreats, and celebrations.
  • General support, including, but not limited to assisting with legal and billing projects, and helping to schedule meetings on behalf of FYR
  • Grow and help administrative team to support company expansion
  • Oversee and execute the proper installation and maintenance of office equipment
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees and troubleshooting company-wide technical issues
  • Manage ad hoc projects
  • Assist in business marketing
Qualifications:
  • Meets one of the following criteria:
    • Bachelor’s (business, science, economics, etc.) and 3+ years’ experience in a relevant field
    • or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 1+ years’ experience in a relevant field
Key Traits & Skills: 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collegially and collaboratively with diverse internal and external teams
  • Exceptional written and oral communication
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office apps (install, troubleshoot, configure, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting issues
  • Foresight to proactively resolve issues
  • Highly confident and accountable
Nice-to-have: 
  • Experience with customer service
  • IT support experience
  • Experience with compliance policy generation and maintenance
Physical Requirements: 
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
