Position Summary: 

We provide IT support to Western Montana businesses.

Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve IT problems!    

Our team is focused on fast, effective resolutions and making raving fans. 

We are looking for an experienced IT support professional with a passion for helping people and experience slaying troublesome IT issues.

Provide technical support, maintain customer IT documentation, and achieve superior customer service. 

Job Status: Full Time 

Employee Type: Hourly 

Pay: $21-$25hr DOE

General Work Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F 

Travel/License Required: Yes, Minimal local travel

  • Resolve technical problems

  • Work with Team to improve overall results for clients 

  • Occasional After hours emergency support via the on-call rotation
