Job Description

IT Triage Lead 

Position Summary: 

Lead the Help Desk initial customer points of contact: answer phones, triage issues, and work with the team to properly dispatch the work and bring to resolution. 

Job Status: Full Time 

Employee Type: Hourly 

Pay: $15-$17hr DOE

Travel/License Required: No 

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
