Central Services Engineer / NOC Engineer 

Position Summary: 

First Call seeks a NOC Engineer with expertise in remote monitoring and management of PC’s, Servers and Network Devices.   

The position provides remote proactive maintenance across all of our clients. The focus of this role is to minimize reactive service requests to our support team which drives efficiency and enhances the predictability, security and performance of our client’s environments.  This work is primarily accomplished using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools which deploys remote agents on user endpoints to monitor for problems that can be solved proactively. 

Automation, scripting, large scale problem solving, big picture thinking.  

Job Status: Full Time 

Employee Type: Hourly 

Pay: $21-$27hr annually DOE

Travel/License Required: Yes, Minimal local travel 

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday 

Location: Prefer Missoula but open to having resource work out of offices in Butte, Kalispell or Great Falls. Remote Worker option will also be considered for highly qualified candidates.
