The Digital Marketing Professional works closely with Member Banks and other members of the marketing team to support the development and advancement of all digital channels. This role leverages their expertise in one or more of the following: bank websites, social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, Online Banking and Mobile Banking display ads to deliver an omni-channel customer experience.



1. Leads the execution of marketing campaigns across digital communication channels including but not limited to internal and external company websites, social media, Online and Mobile Banking, search engines and mobile app stores.  This position may be assigned to manage one or more of these communication channels
2. Builds strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver digital capabilities and marketing campaigns
3. Builds and manages process improvements to increase efficiency in campaign deployment, tracking, reporting, and conversion
4. Collaborates with other marketing team members and across the system to achieve business objectives
5. Assists with strategic projects to help develop marketing technology roadmap
6. Monitors industry trends and stays up to date on new technologies
7. Participates in discussions and presentations with senior leadership teams
8. Supports omni-channel customer experiences


1. Bachelor’s Degree with a Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related major. Masters Preferred
2. 5-7 years of experience utilizing marketing technology platforms to deliver digital programs and campaigns.   B2B experience is preferred
3. 3-5 years’ experience of report creation and analysis
4. Preferred systems experience: CRM, MAP, CMS, Google Analytics and Social Media Platforms
5. Continual learner with strong knowledge of modern marketing process and technology
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines, budgets and deliver high quality work
7. Previous experience working with vendors
8. Ability to communicate with all levels in an organization
9. Financial services experience preferred
10. Proven experience managing projects and campaigns
