Position Overview: 

As a member of ATG's Delivery Team the Executive Delivery Partner brings proven experience leading complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar enterprise initiatives. This role requires outstanding communication, planning and management skills with proven capabilities interacting across business and IT teams involving enterprise system transformation and consolidations. The Executive Delivery Partner interfaces with C-level executives, as well as various project and business teams and must have the ability to drive challenging and time constrained plans to successful closure using established executive communication skills, program management processes, methods and tools, as well as possessing a high level of initiative and energy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develops, adapts, and executes functional or departmental strategies to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility 
  • Responsible for creating functional strategies and objectives with little to no directional/strategic guidance from executive management 
  • Proactively finds business needs and drives initiatives to completion including authoring SOWs and driving negotiation 
  • Has a wide breath and in-depth experience and expertise to allow problem-solving across a variety of technical, interpersonal, and organizational issues 
  • Ability to communicate high-priority, high-impact, and/or complex topics to large groups of internal, client or partner organizations 
  • Drive alignment with client and vendor partners
  • Primary contact for Business Stakeholder for project oversight and support
  • Client advocate for risk mitigation across project
  • Ensure alignment with project methodologies, best practices, and deliverables
  • Provide support for project team in removing internal / external roadblocks  
  • Establish / align on governance plan and process with Business Stakeholder 
  • Monitor overall project health for project(s) duration  
  • Support risk mitigation and client issues (internal and external)
  • Serve as client advocate for resource issues
  • Serve as point of escalation (internal and external)
  • Meet with PMs weekly to discuss project status and key issues 
  • Team lead for multiple Project Managers in Delivery Management Organization 
  • Is accountable for the performance and results of: 
  • Strategically important initiatives, both internal and external, client-facing  
  • Related disciplines or a large-sized function in a corporate department or division  
  • A strategically important discipline within a defined division or service offering 
  • A corporate discipline or department’s strategic growth and development 

Preferred Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Experience working in an IT environment with an emphasis on vendor relationships, billing systems and internal systems is highly desired 
  • Familiarity with multiple quote-to-cash platforms solutions and software packages, (e.g. quoting, order management, provisioning, billing, care, etc.) 
  • Possess a good understanding of software and application development, infrastructure, database and system design 
  • Possess a high level of self-initiative, drive and motivation, along with organizational skills, while being a team player with a high level of accountability and ownership 
  • Possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, on a large scale business transformation/conversion initiative with set deadlines 
  • Essential for success in this role is the ability to clearly identify, define and orchestrate resolution of critical path and long lead issues/items 
  • Executive level communication skills and managing governance processes 
  • Experience in creating SOWs outlining quite-to-cash scope and deliverables desired, but not required 
  • PMI certification desired, but not required 

Relevant Technologies: 

Experience in the following technologies are preferred (but not required): Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, Apttus CPQ, Apttus CLM, Gotransverse TRACT, Spring CM CLM, Conga CLM and other related solutions, Xactly SPM solutions, Aria billing platform, Salesforce Communities and Cloud Craze, Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Zuora, Einstein, Oracle Big Machines, Calidus Cloud Solutions, Netsuite, Mulesoft, and other SaaS/Cloud Q2C and related solutions. 

Education: 

  • 4-year degree in a technical or business field of study preferred 
  • Salesforce.com Certifications are a plus 
  • Accomplishment of the Salesforce Billing super badge highly desired
