About this job:

The successful applicant will be responsible for completing financial, operational, contract, compliance and information technology engagements as well as have the opportunity to work with management to provide consulting services. The individual will be part of team and work with other staff and senior auditors, reporting directly to the Audit Manager. The successful candidate will be performing internal audits designed to examine and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Company's internal controls, including IT General Controls, will assess the integrity of financial reports, evaluate risk, identify operational efficiencies, and submit recommendations to appropriate management.   • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data science, or information technology related
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Institute of Internal Auditor professional standards
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical skills are essential to this position
  • IT experience is preferred
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
  • For Senior Auditor, need at least 3 years experience as an auditor (or combination of audit and other financial experience) as well as a certification (such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE) or advanced degree (such as MBA, MPAC, or MACC)
  • For Auditor, a certification or advanced degree is preferred but not required. The company is very supportive in helping employees obtain various certifications
