Computer/Network Technician

Opportunity: 

Full-time position responsible for supporting a range of clients with computer/network maintenance needs in a team environment.     

Qualifications: 

Must be exceptionally service-oriented and be excited to work in a client-service atmosphere; must have the ability to troubleshoot Microsoft server and workstation products and desktop software applications.

 Preferred Qualifications include:

 Active Directory, user management, and Remote Support

• TCP/IP configuration
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop and server applications and operating systems.
• Experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, O365, Active Directory, Routing, and Firewall configuration and management.
• Firm understanding of backup and disaster recovery principals
• One or more industry certificates such as A+, MCSE and CCNA is desired
