We are a team of A+ players who are very process-driven and never miss their goals. We fight, we learn, we share, and we grow together.

What You'll Be Doing On The Team

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will strategically identify sales opportunities, use email/phone/social media to engage senior decision-makers tactically, and work closely with sales to help secure the progression of enterprise deals you drive in the EMEA region

A few months into this program, you will master the essential sales skills to become a Sales Development guru.

In the first 3 months, you will:

  • Complete a comprehensive SDR training program, learn and adapt our outreach process, the tools we use, and the Quiq story
  • Work closely with our product team to get in-depth product training and learn how to use the product
  • Have 1:1 and group meetings with your direct manager, SDRs, account executives and the senior leadership
  • Shadow colleagues and start working on your own pitch
  • Schedule your first meetings with enterprise accounts

By month 6, you will:

  • Be directly contributing to our sales pipeline creation
  • Be driving and joining conversations with senior decision-makers from top brands
  • Work with sales on different strategies to engage more brands
  • Crush your numbers
  • Work with your manager to build your future career roadmap at Quiq
  • Bring your thinking, ideas, and perspective to the team to advance our unique culture for the future

About you:

  • You have experience working in and with EMEA sales
  • You are jazzed about processes and are very organized
  • Have contagious high energy
  • Always striving to improve your day-to-day
  • Involved in extracurricular activities
  • Passionate about something
  • You are confident, hungry for success, and love winning with your team
