Position Overview
Endpoint Utility is an exciting start-up IT solutions provider for small and medium size businesses. Located in Kalispell, we are looking for an energetic and focused individual to drive outreach for potential new customers in the MT and IL areas. This person should be able to concisely communicate Endpoint’s mission to businesses they contact with the goal of qualifying the customer and generating leads for follow-up. This will be a call focused role and will entail working through call lists. Training will be provided.
This person should be comfortable talking with various business employees while utilizing a talking script. He/she must have good communication skills and will need to follow-up with leads when necessary. The ability to work with Office365, CRM Apps and utilize email effectively is a plus. Prior experience with a call center or similar roles is preferred but not required.
This is a great role for anyone wanting to be involved with a fun startup offering a unique part time role. This role reports to the VP Sales.
Effectively reach out to prospective new customers and communicate the value proposition of Endpoint.
Manage issues through multiple forms of outbound and inbound communications including in person, calls (phone), e-mails, Chat, web forms.
Accurately record, prioritize, categorize, and track lead generation activities in Customer Relationship Management tool.
Respond to all Customer requests in timely and professional manner.
Have a sense of ownership of the customer’s issue.
Proactively follow up on call lists and event attendees with the goal of setting qualified appointments with prospective new customers.
Work closely with other team members to identify and suggest needed improvements to our messaging and go to market motion.
