Job Description

You would be joining a management team consisting of seasoned managers/good friends dedicated to our vision of a workplace where talented friends struggle, learn and grow together while building GL Solutions.  We invest heavily in the emotional intelligence and leadership development of managers.
 
Minimum qualifications: 1) Two or more years of team management experience; 2) Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams; 3) Ability to maintain positivity and meet team objectives under daily deadlines; 4) Willingness to teach new employees, building them up for future advancement and engendering company loyalty; 5) Familiarity with a variety of computer software applications; 6) Critical thinking skills; 7) A strong “servant leader” orientation; 8) Client Engagement or client management experience and the ability to work directly with clients as needed. 9) Some sales experience preferred but not required.

Earn an annual gross compensation ranging from $67,392 to $86,400 based on job performance, and receive a generous leave time, retirement, and health insurance package.
