As a Supply Chain Associate, you will be responsible for executing the procurement and logistics of goods and services between supplier and end consumer. This includes: creating Purchase Orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods from suppliers, monitoring inventory to satisfy demand, and coordinating shipments.

- Excellent communication skills, able to manage vendor relationships and provide exceptional customer service to the business
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Supply Chain Associate Responsibilities:
- Create and execute Purchase Orders to procure materials, components, and supplies to support the goals of the business
- Track, monitor, and expedite Purchase Orders through the purchase-to-pay process
- Resolve overage, shortage, and damage (OS&D) issues with internal customers and suppliers
- Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings and gain lead-time efficiencies
- Drive supplier performance while maintaining mutual beneficial relationships
- PO & Invoice Reconciliation, align with PFL's Accounting group to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Generate Excel spreadsheet reports as needed
- Quote parcel and freight shipments

The rest of the stuff: Compensation is $50K-$55K (paid hourly) based on experience. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, PTO, company bonus etc.
