Civil Engineer - EIT - Bozeman

WGM Group has an opportunity for a Staff Engineer to join our dynamic engineering design team in the vibrant mountain town of Bozeman, MT. WGM Group is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary engineering firm including planning, design, survey, environmental and natural resource management with office locations in Bozeman, Kalispell, and Missoula. This role will be responsible for supporting innovative, community-oriented, and diverse projects in the Northern Rockies.

Role & Responsibilities:

As an integral player in the engineering design team, you will:

• Design and produce plans for a wide range of projects including water resources, public capital improvement projects, commercial sites, and subdivisions
• Oversee plan production
• Coordinate and review with project managers and clients
• Compile and submit permit applications to local, state and federal agencies
• Produce engineering reports
• Produce engineering documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Maintain project files and database
• Perform construction observation

Qualifications:

As a valued member of our engineering team, you will have at a minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering projects 
• Licensed EIT
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial and community-minded perspective
