Job Description

Extremely busy company in Belgrade is looking for a Sales and Administrative Assistant. Starting wages are $16/hour!

A company in Belgrade is taking on a multitude of contracts with clients ranging from healthcare professionals to outdoor recreationists to the United States Military.

They’re looking to add a member to their team that is something of a lynchpin: someone who is an administrative assistant who can do more than simply assist, someone who can act as a sales professional can do more than sell.

As a Sales and Administration Assistant, you’ll be partnering with the CEO on day-to-day and big picture operations, taking some responsibility for sales activity, and maybe even stepping into the warehouse to run a forklift or load a pallet or six.

You’ll be a go-between member of the team who can wear a multitude of hats and facilitate this company’s mission of revolutionizing their industry and providing a top-of-the-line, necessary product to their clients. An accountant for the company worked her way to being CEO, which highlights the company’s emphasis on growth and upward mobility.


As a Sales and Professional assistant, you’ll:

  • Start out at $16/hr with plenty of room for growth and advancement within the company.
  • Garner experience on multiple fronts with a company who is growing extremely rapidly and who fights to stay at the cutting edge of their industry.

  • Be all-but-totally exempted from getting stuck in a rut with one task: this position will allow you the chance to work in sales, take on additional duties as an administrative assistant, and help out in any area that might need you.


A successful candidate for this position will:

  • Be excited about taking on an unfixed set of duties and gaining professional experience in multiple areas.
  • Be willing to work in both professional and production-based settings.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have proficiency with most programs in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Be comfortable working in sales and have at least a year of experience.
  • Be ambitious, have keen attention to detail, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Details:

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm with starting wages at $16.00 per hour.
