Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide general direction and support of the bank's retail online banking program. Under the direction of the eBanking Supervisor, this individual will respond to inquiries from division staff and ensure adherence to the policy and procedures which govern these solutions. This individual will also serve as the system administrator for the bank's foreign services solutions as well as provide general support for wire operations.

This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $20.83 + /hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT)

All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

Description

  • Provide general support for the bank's online banking services including administration of related platforms. Under the direction of the eBanking Supervisor, assist in ensuring compliance with the electronic program policies/procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations. Perform regular reviews of division system parameters, procedures, agreements, risk assessments, and other eBanking documentation. Provide assistance with new product/service installations new bank systems conversions, and vendor management.
  • Provide general support for the bank's foreign services solutions including administration of the foreign wire and currency platforms.
  • Assist the wire operations team as needed with daily processing of domestic wire transfers.
  • Produce system generated reports and analyze data to determine overall effectiveness of eBanking/Payments programs including penetration, performance, and profitability.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Additional Requirements

Travel
