In this pivotal role, you'll strategically operate, advocate for well-designed systems, and foster effective collaboration with product development and sales teams.

What You'll Do

Strategic & Technical Leadership

  • Drive business objectives for critical GRC products, influencing solutions, and roadmaps.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, developing a high-performing Engineering organization, managing budgets, and mentoring teams.

  • Ability to accelerate product development and guide architectural decisions as a hands-on technologist, empowering and driving technical teams to deliver high quality solutions.

People & Operations Management

  • Build and sustain a highly engaged organization by attracting, developing, and rewarding top talent.

  • Implement processes optimizing operational effectiveness, aligning with company strategy, and improving systems and services.

  • Maintain an atmosphere of respect, mutual support, flexibility, continuous learning, good humor, and commitment to business goals and customer needs to fulfill the company vision.

  • Facilitate continuous improvement of quality and productivity, ensuring the team's success within budgets and timelines.

Fulfillment of Customer Requirements

  • Identify and articulate customer needs, ensuring product alignment with business goals.

  • Lead the product team in understanding and resolving issues, aiming for high-quality deliverables.

  • Uncover opportunities for new product development, recognizing implications for business growth.

Architectural Oversight

  • Evaluate and manage technology decisions, ensuring coordination across product areas.

  • Provide leadership for innovative solutions, supporting Product Architects, and aligning development teams.

  • Guide strategic decisions on leveraging platform capabilities versus prioritizing fit-for-purpose solutions.

Organizational Product Development Planning

  • Marshal talent, resources, and structures for effective development and delivery.

  • Manage dependencies, identify team capabilities, and ensure quality in finished products.

What You'll Need

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years related experience, Master’s degree with 10 years related experience, or PhD with 8 years related experience.

  • Minimum 8 years of direct people management experience, including leading Directors and Managers.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong emotional intelligence and leadership abilities.

  • Broad industry knowledge with a strategic understanding of technology, and architecture.

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering products to external customers.

  • Extensive experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on technologies such as Kotlin, React, and Dart.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect and implement scalable software solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

How You’ll Be Rewarded:

  • Salary range in the US: 
    • $191,000.00 - $325,000.00
  • A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
  • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
  • 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
