Field Service Supervisor

Fisher’s Technology is seeking a qualified Field Service Supervisor to lead a our Service teams in Billings and Bozeman. The Field Service Supervisor will work closely with members of the Service Team, provide departmental support, and is responsible for the performance of the Service department in the assigned market(s). This position will report to the Regional Service Manager.

Essential Job Functions

Service Responsibilities:

  • Manage Billings and Bozeman Tech Queues to ensure response times are met.
  • Perform assigned Service Calls and call escalations for technical and/or customer issues.
  • Manage territories utilizing Nexera.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all parts and equipment received are verified and paperwork routed appropriately.
  • Ensure all equipment received has set-up call placed and assign tech to complete set-ups in timely manner.
  • Help provide network surveys and work with customer's IT representative to pre-configuration as much as possible.
  • Work directly with logistics team to help coordinate and meet committed delivery dates.
  • Help with delivery installs and work with Service team to deliver equipment.

Inventory Responsibilities:

  • Help Service and Operations teams with inventory management.
  • Work directly with technicians to increase, decrease, or modify parts inventory.

Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of weekly check-in with Service Director.
  • Report any trends, technical or customer issues directly to Service Director.
  • Report any sales installation challenges or customer concerns directly to General Manager.

Staff Responsibilities

  • Complete quarterly and annual reviews on time for service technicians.
  • Hold consistent team meetings to communicate updates.

Training Responsibilities:

  • Work with Leadership team to meet management goals and responsibilities.
  • Work with Bozeman and Billings service team on training opportunities.
