Position Overview:   

  • Job Status: Full Time – 40hr/week (Remote/In Office) 

  • Locations: Missoula MT 

  • Reports to: Marketing Director 

  • Pay: $20-$25 hour (DOE)

Position Summary: 

Sales and Marketing Assistant works with the sales and marketing team members to produce marketing leads and sales performance at or above quota. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Database Management  

  • Grow right fit prospect records. 

  • Reduce wrong fit prospect records. 

  • Marketing Automation through CRM 

  • Video Content Pre and Postproduction Assistance 

  • Equipment Setup and Camera Work 

  • Editing 

  • Social Media Posting (on behalf of other individuals) 

  • Event Assistance 

  • Industry Tradeshows travel, setup, photography, videography 

  • Various internal company marketing initiative assistance: 

  • New employee photography and welcome kits 

  • Company social events setup, photography, videography 

  • Industry Association and Local Chamber Marketing Program Assistance 

  • Google Review Campaign 

  • Drop In Campaign  

  • Sales Process Assistance 

  • Resource Scheduling 

  • Note Taking 

  • Drafting Meeting Follow Ups and Opportunity Exec Summary 

  • Other Key Records Management 

  • Opportunity Records 

  • Activity Records 

  • Due Diligence Documentation Records 

  • Company/Contact Records 

  • Post Tradeshow Lead Records  

Qualifications: 

Education: 

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 

1-2 years of experience in marketing and with the following tools: 

  • Marketing Automation Platform (examples: HubSpot, Active Campaign) 

  • CRM 

  • Cameras and video editing software 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Ability to travel and attend Montana-based trade shows (12-18 weeks a year) 

  • Capabilities with digital marketing tools.  

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent listening and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
